Your Body. Your Starting Point.

You Relax.
We Guide the Stretch.

You do not have to be flexible to begin. We start with how you move and where you feel limited, then guide you through supported stretches at a comfortable pace. The GSS Strap System helps stabilize your position and reduce compensation so we can focus on the intended area. Whether you spend your day at a desk, on the course, or in the gym, the session is built around you.

What We Work On

Progress You Can Feel

  • 01 / MOBILITY

    Make room for everyday movement.

We focus on the hips, shoulders, and other areas that feel restricted when you bend, reach, or rotate. Supported positions let your practitioner guide the movement while you relax and give feedback.

  • 02 / FLEXIBILITY

A focused stretch. At your pace.

Targeted work for areas such as the hamstrings, calves, and hip flexors meets you at your current range. The goal is a comfortable, controlled stretch, with the position and intensity adjusted to you.

  • 03 / POSTURE

    More options beyond your desk.

Long days sitting or repeating the same movements can leave you feeling stiff. We give attention to the chest, shoulders, and hips to explore more comfortable positions for reaching, standing, and moving through your day.

  • 04 / RECOVERY

    Give yourself time to reset.

Make space between workouts, rounds of golf, and busy days for guided mobility work. This quieter session gives you time to slow down, notice how your body feels, and focus on areas that need attention.

How It Works

Your Path Forward

01

Start with a check-in. Tell us what feels tight, what you want to move more comfortably for, and any injuries or movement restrictions. Your practitioner uses that conversation to choose the focus of your session.

02

Settle into 30 minutes of guided stretching. You remain fully clothed while your practitioner supports your position and guides each movement. Keep communicating about what you feel so the stretch stays within your comfort.

03

Leave with a next step. Talk through how the session felt and which areas deserve continued attention. Together, decide how stretching fits into your routine and ask about current rates for future visits.
