We would love to have you in to Goodwin Strength & Stretch for a complimentary consultation and comprehensive evaluation.
During this time, we will learn more about your experience in fitness and any past complications you have had in terms of surgeries or pain. More importantly, we learn about what your goals are and how we can help you achieve them!
The way we do this is by doing testing on certain areas such as flexibility, mobility, balance, and baseline strength!
This helps us to learn about you, and it helps you learn about us! We will make a plan together to best serve you and your goals.
