Membership Billing Policy

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize monthly recurring charges to your designated payment method. These charges will occur on the same calendar day each month as your original enrollment date.

Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date. Your membership will remain active and continue to be billed until the 30-day notice period has elapsed. Ownership has authority to withdraw membership at any time deemed necessary.

Exercise Attire

All individuals engaging in workouts at our facility are required to wear appropriate attire that includes both a shirt or tank top and bottoms that provide adequate coverage. Women must opt for shirts or tank tops, while wearing only sports bras are not permitted. Men are also expected to avoid wearing stringer tank tops to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all members. Adhering to this dress code ensures a positive experience for everyone using our facilities.

Informed Consent

All participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in fitness activities provided by Goodwin Strength & Stretch and understand the inherent risks associated with such activities. Each member is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and capabilities before participating and agrees to take full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise during their involvement. By signing this agreement, participants release Goodwin Strength & Stretch from any liability related to injuries sustained while using the facilities or engaging in activities organized by Goodwin Strength & Stretch. It is strongly advised that members consult with a medical professional prior to beginning any exercise program or fitness activities.

Guest Passes

Members are permitted to bring guests to the facility provided that each guest purchases a valid guest pass for $15 per visit. In the event that an unauthorized guest is brought onto the premises without a valid guest pass, the ownership reserves the right to charge the sponsoring member for unauthorized access or, at ownership's sole discretion, to terminate the member's membership. Members are responsible for ensuring all accompanying guests comply with facility rules and regulations. Repeated violations of this guest policy may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
